We are seeking for dynamic, committed and success-driven Customer Service Executive to meet our rapid expansion needs
· Handle incoming enquiries by phone and email.
· Handle appointments
· Issue invoices/receipts and receive payments.
· Maintain good customer relationship and promote company products
· Maintain current promotions and activities.
· Center’s daily operations and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
· Form 5 or above
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in CS / Retail / Hotel industry.
· Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua is a plus.
· Good computer skills.
· Mature, cheerful and polite with good telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills.
· Diligent, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
· Willing to work on shift duty with multinational environment.
· Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident
· On Job training is provided
· Immediately available an advantage
