Responsible for all aspect of daily operation support to Sales Department and coordination
Handle customer orders / inquiries / complaints from phone calls, email & fax
Work closely with all Teams and Suppliers to ensure all aspect of operations running smooth.
Contact customers and follow up with incoming leads with new business opportunity.
Maintain good filing of all related records
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

DSE with min 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in Customer Service is an asset.
Proficiency in using MS Excel & Chinese word processing is a MUST.
Good in written & spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
Good common sense, communication & presentation skills
Sense of responsibility, punctuality and self-discipline
Immediately available is preferred
